While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered then you will be informed as soon as possible and given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

Cancellations Policy

If you wish to cancel an order that you have placed that may not have been despatched then please contact us by telephone at the earliest opportunity to obtain a cancellation number.  You may also email us to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled in time and may still be despatched.  If an order is despatched without us having issued a cancellation number then any goods you wish to return will be at your expense.

Pricing Policy

Samuel Taylors will strive to keep price increases to a minimum, but we reserve the right to apply any increases passed on to us by our suppliers where necessary.

Double Discounts - where we offer "Double Discounts" the first discount will be taken off the original price then the second discount will be taken off the discounted price.

Delivery - we only deliver to mainland UK

Most orders are despatched the same day if received before 3pm. After 3pm they will be dispatched the next working day. In the rare event that there is a stock shortfall we will let you know as soon as possible.

We send knitting wool by first class post and the rest of our orders by second class post. Heavier and more expensive items are sent via a secure courier service. Our courier covers most of the UK, but in the rare instance that you are outside their delivery zone we will e-mail you with a delivery price using parcelforce.

Our postage and packing charges are  £2.50 and anything over £25.00 is FREE DELIVERY.

Where an online discount or offer reduces the price of the items in your basket to below the free postage amount, postage will still be charged until the order (including discounts) is over the free postage threshold.

V.A.T

V.A.T from 4th January 2011 will be 20%.
